Serrapeptase and nattokinase are proteolytic enzymes studied for their ability to degrade fibrin and dissolve abnormal protein structures. Serrapeptase, originally derived from silkworms, has been shown to help clear inflammatory debris and scar tissue, improving immune access to affected areas [1]. Nattokinase, derived from fermented soy, supports fibrinolysis and may help break down microclots [2].

Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) from green tea and bromelain from pineapple both exhibit antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects. Research suggests these compounds can inhibit spike protein binding to ACE2 receptors, a critical interaction in viral pathogenesis [3]. Bromelain has demonstrated anti-inflammatory effects in murine models [4].

Shilajit contains humic and fulvic acids, which offer detoxification properties. Humic acid binds to heavy metals and other toxins in the gut, while fulvic acid enhances cellular-level detox and supports nutrient transport across cell membranes [5]. When combined with black pepper extract to improve bioavailability, these compounds form a comprehensive detox matrix with broad-spectrum benefits.
