Immunity Vitamins is a specially formulated blend of 100% naturally sourced, GMP-certified, vegan, non-GMO, immunity-boosting ingredients. Mygotostack supplements contain absolutely NO fillers or preservatives.

Years of research have culminated in Dr. Haider’s proprietary blend, made with all-natural sources and optimized for absorption and efficacy. Compare our ingredient sources to other immunity supplements on the market. Did you know that most Vitamin D3 supplements on the market use irradiated, chemically processed wool grease? They call it lanolin; sounds innocuous, right? We only source our Vitamin D3 from hand-harvested lichen.

Our formula is unique because of the purity and quality of our ingredients and the vital addition of two special ingredients you won't find in other formulations. Without Vitamin K2 MK-7, Vitamin D3 causes calcium to be absorbed and deposited in the arteries instead of the bones. And without Bromelain, Quercetin is very poorly absorbed.*

What Makes Immunity Vitamins Different?

Years of research have culminated in Dr. Haider’s proprietary blend, made with all natural sources and optimized for absorption and efficacy. Compare our ingredient sources to other immunity supplements on the market. Did you know that most Vitamin D3 supplements on the market use irradiated, chemically processed wool grease? They call it lanolin; sounds innocuous right? We only source our Vitamin D3 from hand-harvested lichen.

Our formula is unique because of the purity and quality of our ingredients and the vital addition of two special ingredients you won't find in other formulations. Without Vitamin K2 MK-7, Vitamin D3 causes calcium to be absorbed and deposited in the arteries instead of the bones. And without Bromelain, Quercetin is very poorly absorbed.

Benefits*

  • Boosts Immune System – Supports natural immune defenses.
  • Enhances Absorption – Bromelain and Quercetin work together for efficient nutrient absorption.
  • Promotes Bone Health – Vitamin D3 and K2 support healthy bone density.
  • Supports Respiratory Health – Vitamin D3 aids in respiratory infection protection.
  • Protects Against Oxidative Stress – Vitamin C provides powerful antioxidant support.

The Ingredients:

Quercetin
We source our quercetin from pagoda flowers. These flowers come from a tropical plant native to India and Southeast Asia. On its own, quercetin is very poorly absorbed.

Bromelain
A protein-digesting enzyme found in the fruit and stem of the pineapple plant. Most importantly, bromelain significantly enhances quercetin absorption, moving it from the digestive tract into the bloodstream more efficiently.

Zinc
A vital mineral for the activity of more than 300 enzymes. Zinc also aids in the body’s ability to heal wounds.

Vitamin C
An antioxidant that protects against cell damage and helps boost your immune system. Your body needs it to form blood vessels, cartilage, muscle, and bone collagen. It is also a vital ingredient in your body’s healing processes.

Vitamin D3
Well known for helping your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D3 may also help protect against respiratory infection. It is not found in many common foods. Though your body is capable of synthesizing Vitamin D3 through exposure to sunlight, many older adults do not get enough time in the sun to produce a sufficient amount. Studies estimate that a staggering 60% of nursing home residents and 57% of hospitalized adults are Vitamin D-deficient. The total number of Americans who suffer from Vitamin D deficiency has been shown to be as high as 42%. A common source of supplemental Vitamin D3 is irradiated and chemically processed wool grease, commonly known as lanolin. We only source our Vitamin D3 from hand-harvested lichen.

Vitamin K2
Regulates calcium deposition, promoting the calcification of bones and preventing the hardening of arteries and kidneys. The Vitamin K2 in our formula (MK-7) is more bioavailable and helps direct the calcium absorbed by Vitamin D3 to end up where you want it (your bones) and not where you don’t (your arteries and kidneys). There are very few sources of K2 in the typical Western diet. We source our K2 from natto, a well-known fermented Japanese superfood.

Note: Vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble, and the human body absorbs them best when consumed with a meal.

Suggested Use:
Take one (1) to two (2) veggie capsules daily with food for prevention, or two (2) capsules twice a day with food for 15 days if you feel ill or have symptoms.

Manufacturer Country: USA
Amount: 5 oz. (60 Capsules)

Warning:

  1. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.
  2. This product is not intended for long-term use. Zinc toxicity can occur without being reflected in blood levels, and around 10% of the population may be prone to toxicity, while others may be prone to deficiency. Prolonged use of high doses of quercetin may affect kidney function or thyroid activity. Extended use of bromelain may increase bleeding risk, particularly for those on anticoagulants or with bleeding disorders. Excessive long-term intake of Vitamin C may lead to digestive discomfort or kidney stones. While Vitamin K2 is included to support Vitamin D3 in calcium metabolism, prolonged high-dose Vitamin D3 supplementation could still result in hypercalcemia; regular monitoring of blood calcium levels is recommended. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplementation regimen, especially for long-term use.

Backed by Science

Quercetin is a powerful plant-derived flavonoid with well-documented antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. It works by modulating key cellular signaling pathways and regulating immune responses [1]. However, quercetin’s bioavailability is limited when taken alone. That’s why it is paired with bromelain, a pineapple-derived enzyme that significantly enhances quercetin’s absorption through the intestinal lining, increasing its therapeutic potential [2][3].

Zinc is essential for optimal immune function, wound healing, and cellular repair. Even marginal deficiencies can impair the body’s ability to fight off infection and regulate inflammation [4].

Vitamin C plays a key role in both innate and adaptive immunity. It helps maintain the integrity of epithelial barriers, supports cellular immune activity, and functions as a potent antioxidant that neutralizes harmful free radicals [5].

Vitamin D3 is critical for calcium absorption and bone health, but its immune-modulating role is equally significant. Studies show that adequate levels of D3 may reduce the risk of respiratory tract infections, particularly in older adults who are more likely to be deficient [6].

Vitamin K2 MK-7 supports the body’s use of calcium by activating proteins that direct it into bones while preventing it from being deposited in arteries, thereby helping maintain both cardiovascular and skeletal health [7].

Each ingredient in Immunity Vitamins is carefully selected in its most bioavailable form and formulated in ratios that reflect the latest clinical research for optimal synergy and impact.

Women’s Health & Immunity Vitamins

  1. Hormonal Balance & Menopausal Symptom Relief
Quercetin’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions may help alleviate hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings common during menopause [1]. Bromelain further supports inflammation management, potentially reducing joint discomfort and stiffness experienced in this life stage [2].

  2. Bone Health Support
Declining estrogen accelerates bone loss after menopause. Zinc and Vitamin D3 (with Vitamin K2 MK-7) work synergistically to enhance calcium absorption, direct it into bone tissue, and reduce fracture risk [3][4]. Quercetin’s anti-inflammatory effects also contribute to preserving bone density.

  3. Cardiovascular & Metabolic Wellness
Menopause elevates cardiovascular risk. Vitamin K2 MK-7 prevents calcium deposition in arteries, while Vitamin C and zinc support healthy blood pressure, lipid balance, and vascular integrity [4][5]. Nigella sativa and curcumin add further antioxidant protection for heart health.

  4. Mood, Energy & Detox Support
Hormonal shifts can impact energy and emotional well-being. Vitamin C and zinc aid adrenal function and neurotransmitter balance, helping stabilize mood. Organic dandelion leaf promotes healthy fluid balance and liver detoxification—key for reducing bloating and supporting overall vitality [6].
