Usage

For adults: Take three (3) capsules once daily with food for chronic support. For acute use, take three (3) capsules twice daily with food for 5–15 days or as directed by your physician.

Curcumin and fat-soluble vitamins in dandelion are best absorbed when taken with a meal.

Curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, is well-studied for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuroprotective properties. It has been shown to elevate BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor), a key protein for brain health, and may possess antiviral activity [1]. Piperine, found in black pepper, significantly enhances the bioavailability of curcumin and also provides its own antioxidant and immunomodulatory effects [2]. Dandelion Leaf has long been used in traditional medicine. It is nutrient-dense and has shown potential in inhibiting spike protein binding to ACE2 receptors, suggesting possible spike interference activity [3]. Nigella Sativa (black cumin) contains thymoquinone, which may reduce inflammation, modulate immune function, and exert antiviral effects.
