CALCIUM COMPLETE Heart & Bone

This synergistic formula combines vitamin D3, vitamin K2, calcium, and black pepper extract to optimize how the body uses calcium. Vitamin D3 enhances calcium absorption from the gut, while vitamin K2 directs it into bones and teeth instead of arteries. Through this targeted action, CALCIUM COMPLETE helps maintain skeletal integrity, supports cardiovascular function, and enhances immune resilience.*

Calcium and vitamin D3 work together to support bone strength. In a large randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, postmenopausal women who took calcium plus vitamin D supplementation showed improved bone mineral density and reduced fracture risk compared to placebo [1].

Vitamin K2 plays a critical role in directing calcium into bones and preventing vascular calcification. In a prospective population study, higher dietary intake of menaquinone (vitamin K2) was associated with reduced risk of coronary heart disease [2]. A randomized controlled trial further found that vitamin K2 supplementation improved arterial elasticity in healthy postmenopausal women [3].

Combining vitamin D3 and K2 may offer synergistic benefits. A clinical trial of patients with osteoporosis found that co-supplementation with vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 improved bone mineral density more effectively than vitamin D3 alone [4].
