What makes IMMUNITY [vitamins] different?
Years of research have culminated in Dr. Haider’s proprietary blend, made with all natural sources and optimized for absorption and efficacy. Compare our ingredient sources to other immunity supplements on the market. Did you know that most Vitamin D3 supplements on the market use irradiated, chemically processed wool grease? They call it lanolin; sounds innocuous right? We only source our Vitamin D3 from hand-harvested lichen.
Our formula is unique because of the purity and quality of our ingredients and the vital addition of two special ingredients you won't find in other formulations. Without Vitamin K2 MK-7, Vitamin D3 causes calcium to be absorbed and deposited in the arteries instead of the bones. And without Bromelain, Quercetin is very poorly absorbed.
The Ingredients
Quercetin We source our quercetin from pagoda flowers. These flowers come from a tropical plant native to India and Southeast Asia. On its own, quercetin is very poorly absorbed.
Bromelain is a protein-digesting enzyme found in the fruit and stem of the pineapple plant. Most importantly, bromelain significantly enhances quercetin absorption, moving it from the digestive tract into the bloodstream more efficiently.
Zinc is a vital mineral for the activity of more than 300 enzymes. Zinc also aids in the body’s ability to heal wounds.
Vitamin C is an antioxidant that protects against cell damage and helps boost your immune system. Your body needs it to form blood vessels, cartilage, muscle, and bone collagen. It is also a vital ingredient in your body’s healing processes.
Vitamin D3 is well known for helping your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D3 may also help protect against respiratory infection. It is not found in many common foods. Though your body is capable of synthesizing Vitamin D3 through exposure to sunlight, many older adults do not get enough time in the sun to produce a sufficient amount. Studies estimate that a staggering 60% of nursing home residents and 57% of hospitalized adults are Vitamin D-deficient. The total number of Americans who suffer from Vitamin D deficiency has been shown to be as high as 42%. A common source of supplemental Vitamin D3 is irradiated and chemically processed wool grease, commonly known as lanolin. We only source our Vitamin D3 from hand-harvested lichen.
Vitamin K2 regulates calcium deposition, promoting the calcification of bones and preventing the hardening of arteries and kidneys. The Vitamin K2 in our formula (MK-7) is more bioavailable and helps direct the calcium absorbed by Vitamin D3 to end up where you want it (your bones) and not where you don’t (your arteries and kidneys). There are very few sources of K2 in the typical Western diet. We source our K2 from natto, a well-known fermented Japanese superfood.

*This product is not intended for long-term use. Zinc toxicity can occur without being reflected in blood levels, and around 10% of the population may be prone to toxicity, while others may be prone to deficiency. Prolonged use of high doses of quercetin may affect kidney function or thyroid activity. Extended use of bromelain may increase bleeding risk, particularly for those on anticoagulants or with bleeding disorders. Excessive long-term intake of Vitamin C may lead to digestive discomfort or kidney stones. While Vitamin K2 is included to support Vitamin D3 in calcium metabolism, prolonged high-dose Vitamin D3 supplementation could still result in hypercalcemia; regular monitoring of blood calcium levels is recommended. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplementation regimen, especially for long-term use.
